What kind of nerd spends her hour of freedom at a library? I do. On rainy days only. Today is one of those soft, Irish days. The rain is so sneaky that you don't even feel it, yet the cloth on your jacket turns damp within three minutes of walking to the library.
I don't know what the point of this blog is today, but I want to end it fast because the keys on this keyboard are sticky and noisy and drawing the studiers' attention. Over the top of the computer monitor, I see the curly haired cranium of a stressed out boy. He's twirling his fringe; oh and now he's tugging at a pinch of locks. I wonder what he is studying for. I bet you one-hundred euros he's actually looking at cat memes and still feeling stressed.
The point of this blog, then, is to show how easy it is to blog on a lunch break when you think you don't have time. The work-life balance can be maintained by simply using every break you get during the day to spend time with yourself.
On a side note, I had a vivid dream a few nights ago where I was sailing on a wooden ship and a mate on board explained to me that many people want adventure, but not the hardship that comes with it. As dreams do, the scene switched to show the foremast of the ship and a strip of land about a mile away. The sail changed from white to purple. A purple sail pointing away from land means someone is sick and needs help. A white sail signifies coming home. The next day, I saw this serene sunrise being pushed away by an even brighter sky; the sunrise took on all feelings at once.
